    Please follow the below steps to convert the CSV file into UTF-8 using Google Sheet

    • Go to Google Sheets
    • Click on Blank
    • Go to File => Open
    • Select your CSV file and open it
    • After uploading your CSV file properly Go to File => Download As => Comma-separated values(.csv current sheets)
    • Download and upload it in the var/import directory

    Note: Please remove any space from csv file name
