Guest customer will only be able to view the RMA for the order # they have entered

Select the RMA item properties that should be configured by the customer on the frontend, while the remaining properties should be set by the agent in the backend.

This setting controls whether RMAs can be created for orders with specific statuses on the frontend, while allowing the admin user to create RMAs for orders in any status.

If the order has been partially shipped, only the shipped items will be available for the RMA. To request an RMA for bundled products with this option enabled, the "Ship Bundle Items" setting for the product must be set to "Separately."
